Do we offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

International shipping fees may vary by country. We are not responsible for any customs and/or VAT costs in the destination countries; these charges are always the responsibility of the buyer.

Mostly no. In Budapest, Hungary you might meet with us in person in different events and markets, but you can always contact us and we can arrange something what is convenient for all parties.

How can I track my order?

We use the services of the DHL Express Hungary Ltd. We prepare the order within 1-2 working days. The package will be delivered within 1-2, at most 3 days from dispatch.

Tracking events usually appear 24 hours after receiving the Track and Trace ID. In general, once the shipment has reached the DHL facility, a tracking event will appear.

We are providing the tracking number / ID for you in the confirmation email or you can find it in the shipment tracking notification. The fastest way to track your package is to use the DHL website. Enter the number of your tracked international shipment to get an estimated delivery date and current location.

If you selected Hungarian Post for delivery (available only for domestic shipping) it is important to know that the Hungarian Post does not come to us, so we have to deliver the packages to the post office. We cannot guarantee when the package will be dispatched. In such cases, we will send you a notification by e-mail with the package number, which you can use to track it.

What is our return policy?

We hope you will like our product; however, if you are not satisfied, you can use a 14-day purchase credit guarantee. The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the original packaging. In such cases, we cannot cover the shipping costs. Please always coordinate with us before sending back the package.

The return can be by DHL shipping, but the product must always be sent to the following name and address:

If the product is returned to a different address, we cannot guarantee the exchange or refund.

If the product returns to us undamaged and you choose a refund, we will refund the product price within 15 days.

Once the returned product arrives, we will send the new package under the agreed conditions or send a gift voucher for the product price (which you can give to someone else) if you choose this option, or we will return the product price within 15 days. 

If your product arrives damaged, please email bastion.showroom@gmail.com on the day of arrival, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, working to find a solution to the problem.
