Payment Methods

In our web shop, you can pay by card through the Stripe (https://strie.com) system, where the payment processing cost is 1.5% of the basket amount + HUF 85. You can also use PayPal as a payment method, as well as bank transfer.

Direct Bank Transfer to Our Account:

If you choose direct bank transfer, you must transfer the total amount confirmed in the email to the following account number. Please include your order number in the transfer reference, which you will find in the confirmation email. After receiving the correct amount, the order will be processed.

How Long Does It Take to Ship the Order and How?

We use the services of the DHL Express Hungary Ltd. We prepare the order within 1-2 working days. The package will be delivered within 1-2, at most 3 days from dispatch.

In addition, you can also choose Magyar Posta Zrt. as a delivery option ONLY for domestic shipping. It is important that the Magyar Posta does not come to us, so we have to deliver the packages to the post office. We cannot guarantee when the package will be dispatched. In such cases, we will send you a notification by e-mail with the package number, which you can use to track it.

Shipping prices within Hungary with Hungarian Post:

When ordering a gift voucher the post fee is free.

Is Personal Pickup Possible?

Mostly no. In Budapest, Hungary you might meet with us in person in different events and markets, but you can always contact us and we can arrange a location (in Budapest) and time what is convenient for all parties.

International Shipping

International shipping fees may vary by country. We are not responsible for any customs and/or VAT costs in the destination countries; these charges are always the responsibility of the buyer.

Invoice

After processing the order, we will issue the invoice and send it to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed on working days between 9 AM and 5 PM CET – Central European Time). Naturally, orders can also be placed outside these hours through our web shop, in which case our team will process the order within the next two working days.

You can only purchase products as an individual, not as a company.

Exchange and Purchase Credit

We hope you will like our product; however, if you are not satisfied, you can use a 14-day purchase credit guarantee. The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the original packaging. In such cases, we cannot cover the shipping costs. Please always coordinate with us before sending back the package.

  2. The return can be done by DHL shipping, and the product must always be sent to:

If the product is returned to a different address, we cannot guarantee the exchange or refund.

If the product returns to us undamaged and you choose a refund, we will refund the product price within 15 days.

If you choose exchange, then ones the returned product arrives, we will send the new package under the agreed conditions or send a gift voucher for the product price (which you can give to someone else) if you choose this option.

If your product arrives damaged, please document the damage with photo (package as well as our product) and email this evidence along with the DHL shipping code to bastion.showroom@gmail.com on the day of arrival. Then we will advise on the next steps, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction and find suitable solution.

Lost Package

If your package is does not arrive, please contact us and share the DHL shipping number to bastion.showroom@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find it. If the package is marked as delivered, please contact the carrier for assistance. Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Taxes and Duties

Product prices include Hungarian taxes. It does not include custom fee. Custom costs and taxes may vary by country. The carrier will notify you in advance for any applicable custom fee.

What to Do If the Product I Chose Is Out of Stock

Our selection changes quickly, with 1-2 pieces made of each product. It is important to us to represent sustainability with limited edition unique pieces as opposed to mass production. If a product is out of stock, you can add it to your Wish list so we can notify you immediately when it becomes available again (possibly in a different but similar material and style).

It may happen that a product marked as available in our web shop is no longer available. If this happens, we will notify you by email and discuss the details of modifying the order and/or refunding it.
